Speedtrap Chute, LLC RETURNS

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, as long as the chute is not used and abused, has all the applicable hardware intact, and is re-sellable in its original new condition. Please contact us for a pre-paid UPS shipping label. When we receive the return, we will inspect it and if all is well, refund the full order amount minus the cost of the return shipping. 

If for some reason you need to return outside of the 30-day window, please contact us at danny@speedtrapchute and we’ll work with you to figure something out. Chances are if the chute is still in new condition, and you’re being a reasonable person, we’ll accept the return and figure things out. 

Damages and Issues

If for some reason the order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as you can, via email at danny@speedtrapchute.com with the order #, tracking #, and pictures of the box/chute, and we will get in touch and work with you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
